Return and Refund Policy


We’re committed to ensuring that you’re completely happy with your purchase of REV’IT! gear. If there is an issue with your product selection such as size or fit, you can return or exchange any new and unused item within 30 days of delivery (please see section 4 below ‘Returning an Item’ for associated freight costs). Any returns that result in a refund can take the form of a REV’IT! Australia Credit Note or can simple be refunded to you by means of credit card or EFTPOS.


Returns will be accepted according to the following criteria;

  • The item does not fit
  • The item is faulty or not in saleable condition   
  • The item differs from its description on our website

All items must be in a new and unused condition and have all the original packaging intact, the original plastic bag that the garment arrived in and any hangers that were supplied. All original tags also need to be attached. If items are returned with any of these items missing or arrive in less than new condition they may be returned to you. Please note that there is no fee for your first return, but subsequent returns will incur a charge of $25. 


There are instances where we will not accept items for return or exchange, unless of course they are faulty;

  • If you’ve been for a ride in your new REV’IT! garment it is now of ‘used’ status, you cannot return the item.
  • You cannot return any items that show signs of use such as wear, dirt, markings, stains, odour, human or pet hair as examples, also attract ‘used ‘ status.
  • Thermal undergarments and socks may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • You cannot return REV’IT! Australia Credit Notes or REV’IT! Australia Gift Vouchers.
  • You cannot return a special ‘one off’ item sourced from overseas that are not normally stocked in Australia.
  • You cannot return clearance items.


If the product delivered doesn’t fit, is faulty, not in saleable condition, not fit for its intended purpose or differs from its description, please email with the following items;

  • Your relevant contact details
  • The invoice number relating to the item or a bank / credit card statement showing the relevant purchase
  • The reason for the return and in the case of a fault, a description of the problem.
  • Electronic images of the problem if applicable can also be emailed to prior to sending the item back, for preliminary inspection

All products sold by us are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. For full details of our Limited Warranty please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

All shipping/mailing costs are your responsibility unless you are making a warranty claim. If the sizing is incorrect or you wish to exchange colour, you must cover the cost of return and us re-sending the item to you. However if an item is returned due to it being faulty or differing from its description, all shipping costs will be refunded to you by the original payment method, i.e. Credit card or EFTPOS.


Items sent back to us COD will be rejected. 

REV’IT! Sport Australasia Pty Ltd is not responsible for any returning goods being damaged or lost.

Upon our receipt of the returned item(s) you will be contacted and confirmation will be given that the delivery has been made and you will be informed of a decision regarding the acceptance of the return.
